Program Vision & Grassroots Objective

Structured social intervention designed to foster sustainable community leadership.

National Campaign Against Female Feticide and Protection of Girl Child: Addressing the declining sex ratio, Deep has been conducting awareness campaigns, workshops, street plays, and rallies to promote gender equity. These efforts aim to curb sex discrimination and encourage girl child education, particularly in northern Indian states Deep Welfare Organisation has consistently recognized and celebrated the achievements of women who have overcome challenges and set exemplary standards for others. To honor these extraordinary women, Deep has instituted the "Bitiya Gaurav Award." This award is a tribute to women achievers who have fought against all odds, risen to the top through sheer determination and hard work, and become role models in their respective fields. Through this initiative, Deep aims to inspire more women to realize their potential and make significant contributions to society. The recognition not only celebrates individual accomplishments but also aligns with Deep’s mission to promote gender equity and empower women across all sections of society.
